1. What documents are required to rent a car?
To rent a car you need these documents.
- Valid Driver's License.
- One ID Proof: Aadhar Card, Pan Card, or any other relevant document.
2. Can I modify my reservation?
Definitely, you can modify your reservation and further extend it. However, we have a first come, first serve basis. Hence, if the car is reserved prior to your request, then you might need to choose a different car.
3. Can I get a driver?
We at RS Cars offer drivers only at request. For such additional services, there is a small service charge included.
Payment
1. What Forms of Payments Are Available?
We accept all forms of payment to make the process smooth and convenient for you.
2. If I'm late, will there be any penalty charges?
There might be a penalty levied if you fail to return the car within the agreed time. However, 10-15 minutes of delay is excusable.
Preparation
1. Is It Mandatory To Carry My License During Driving The Car?
It is absolutely mandatory to carry your license while driving in the car.
2. How Many Passenger Can I Take With Me?
You are allowed to use the car's full capacity to accommodate passengers. However, kindly refrain from overloading the car beyond it's capacity to carry passengers.
